Delivery:

• We will generally despatch goods the day we receive your order (for orders placed by 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday) and next working day for later orders.
• All UK orders (excludes certain keyboard orders – see keyboards page for more details) are shipped by 1st Class mail and therefore should be with you (Royal Mail permitting) the next working day.
• All Export orders are shipped by Air Mail and should be with you within 3-5 working days (Europe) or 6-9 working days (rest of the world).
• If we are out of stock at the time of ordering, within 1 business day we will notify you by e-mail (or phone) of the expected date by which you should receive your order.
• Please don't forget that our delivery charge isn't just the Royal Mail 1st Class postage – it also has to cover the padded envelope, labels, paperwork as well as the all the other costs associated with fulfilling your order.
