  We pride ourselves on our staff and our service. If your shopping experience with us is anything other than enjoyable please give us the opportunity to put it right.
• Damaged goods or goods received in error
  We make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. We use appropriate packing and arrange appropriate transport for the goods, but accidents can sometimes happen. If any item does arrive damaged or the wrong goods arrive, please contact us within 21 days of receipt to arrange return of the goods; but do not return goods without contacting us - this procedure ensures that you receive a refund or exchange for the goods without delay. When we receive the returned goods, we will immediately credit your credit card or debit card for the full amount including all delivery charges, or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, whichever option you prefer.
• If you decide you do not want the goodsWe want you to be totally happy with your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet with your approval in any way, then you can return the goods for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges applied at the time of ordering) within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in good condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible - but do not return goods without contacting us - this procedure ensures that you receive a refund for the goods without delay.
  When we receive the items in good condition, in the original packing, we will immediately credit your credit card or debit card. However, we cannot reimburse you for your return delivery costs; we DO NOT impose any additional handling fees*.
  *Please note that for keyboards, we are unable to refund the carriage charge element of the purchase price and need to charge an additional £7.50 re-stocking charge to cover the additional costs associated with the return of this item.
• Product guarantee
  All products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year unless stated. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse during the period of guarantee.
• Lowest prices guaranteed
  We always aim to offer you the lowest price on everything we sell. It is impossible to be 100% certain of this at all times so in the unlikely event you find the same product at a cheaper price within the UK mainland we will do our best to beat that price. (All we ask is that the product is in stock, new and of UK origin - please contact us for further details).

  All prices are in UK £ sterling and the price you see on the page is the price you pay (errors and omissions excluded). Postage charges are in addition (see below). Payments are via credit card using our fully secure on-line ordering facility. Please contact us to discuss other methods of payment.
• Delivery
  In the unlikely event that your product appears to be lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email or telephone on 0800 RU - LEFT (0800 78 1 5338) - during office hours or - (international +44 7044 700 818). In the very unlikely event that you find the goods you receive are not the items you ordered, or the invoice does not match the goods delivered, please contact us immediately. All terms and conditions are covered under and subject to UK law. We strive to ensure that we exceed all our obligations under the UK consumer protection laws currently in force.
